Service Description

Loc retwist must advise stylist which products work best for your hair and or stylist will advise based on hair texture and length. The client is required to sit under the dryer until locs are dried and the product has absorbed. The stylist is not responsible for locs unraveling however, we are willing to correct any errors made on our behalf.

Cancellation Policy

Availability changes, hair pick up and/or upcharge request must be advised while booking an appointment or at least 48-72 hours before the day of your scheduled service. Adjustments can be made on an as-needed basis. Please be mindful of the time and safety of your stylist or future services that we provide can/will be refused.
